Without any additional $, that port CGX is trying to complete while never occur. Based on the photos uploaded a couple months ago (thank you again), it's clear nothing has been completed over the past couple years since the last website update. Embarrassing to put it lightly. Hell, wouldn't shock me if a bunch of infrastructure probably needed to be replaced as well. 

I get why FEC wanted CGX to die, so they could keep gathering cheap shares/WI. But for the life of me, why they never wanted the port to actually get completed and become successful is something I will never understand. For heavens sake, FEC has over 250 million shares in CGX. A port is a guaranteed money making entity if done correctly... and given the Brazilians are begging for an escape route to open markets, this port could have been printing cash for years. 

Why the hell the government keeps allowing these brain dead losers to keep killing time/destroying value for its citizens is beyond me. Complete joke.
