Omar González Moreno

Omar González Moreno He was the campaign chairman of Maria Corina Machado who was barred from running for president. She is still holding campaign rallies in Venezuela drawing massive crowds. Omar Gonzalez has taken refuge in the Argentian embassy in Caracas. This morning he posted that Maduro is negociating his exit from power. Anyway lets's see how oil prices react leading up to presidential election day on this July 28th. Right now in an article in oil price dot com, today, they report that the US is giving a "green light" to oil majors for them to operate in Venezuela. Discount all that you want about how quickly Venezuela can put hundreds of thousands of bbls per day online but anybody who has worked in the patch knows how quickly oil majors can mobilize massive amounts of resources in a short period of time. Especially the Americans. They are experts at it.
