Kevin ..that zero hedge artical is correct and alarming ...two weeks ago there was an interview on wall street week that framed the same concerns .....it crooked banks have run up against their tear 1 capital requirements and no are leveraging in the private Cristi market up to 5 or 6 more times ...its leverage upon leverage ...one down turn and this house of cards is going to go like 2008 ......

Jamie Diamond has also stated this fact ..and has since sold 150 million $ of his stocks ....do you think he know a thing or two ?

Frank yup he does. I've been reading some blogs that say where we have the conditions forming for a "perfect storm" in credit defaults. 1) something like 75% of Canadian mortgages have to be renewed by the end of 2026. Many won't be able to renew and may simply let the banks have their homes. 2) Bank of Montreal really dissapointed on earnings because of defaults in personal ...more
