US Federal Deregulation
US Federal DeregulationWhen/if the US Fed deregulates MJ, big tobacco companies will feast on ALL MJ stocks. State (by state) deregulation is happening now so hopefully it is only a matter of time for the Feds to do the same. If any typical Republican controlled states deregulate, then federal deregulation should eventually happen. If MJ remains illegally FEDERALLY, then big tobacoo/alcohol/pharma will not step in despite the huge growth.
