GLH, BMF

GLH, BMF
Here is my understanding of the partnership

1. GLH does not own BMF
2. Partnership will help GLH set foot in Washington
3. GLH and BMF will share Washington state sales
4. 3 mil US cash has not been paid yet to BMF, the final paymen is due in Jan 2017
5. Peter Sadino get 3 mil cash and 12mil dollar worth of GLH shares (@0.30 a share, equals 40 mil GLH share)
6. GLH will probably start sharing Washington state revenue in 2017, which mean we can't count in BMF revenue in Q4 report, but will be able to see part of the shared revenue in Q1 2017
