yes, if out of state ownership legislation changes, it is a possibility that GLH will end up acquiring BMF, but bear in mind that with the current partnership deal GLH does NOT own BMF yet, therefore you can include BMF revenue in your calculation. if GLH end up buying BMF, you can rest assured that GLH, or we the shareholder, will pay additional millions of dollars. but until that happens, BMF is not part of GLH. period.
