That being said, this whole BMF deal that Don and his friends made is a mystery which nobody really understands. from what I understand by reading their presentation, you can 't really say GLH owns BMF. It says " GLH has the option to purchase BMF", if the Washington state residency law changes, As awful as it can be, the fact is that GLH does not own BMF. what GLH paid for was a stream of royalty revenue and the option to purcahse. so even if the residency law changes, GLH still needs to pay top $$$ to buy BMF. was it a good deal? Of course Not. but was this the only stupid thing Don did to us, certainly Not. the whole thing just sucks. I am so glad that Don has finally left. And I really think that GLH now has a real chance to grow under the leadership of the new management, if we can survive the next couple of quarters.
