To be honest it is a widespread issue in canadian stocks. We notice it here because we invested here. 

The problem is not limited to transparency. We are facing an agressive manipulation scam that short and distort the small promising companies to acquire them for free. It is such a succesful scheme thjat they can have multiple of influencers on payrol for each company.

IIROC, the self regulated regulatory organization being on payrol of big banks is the complete joke and main reason of this bleeding.
