RE:RE:RE:RE:CHAL: REVIEW FOR HONEST INVESTORS. HopelessFunny thing is the debt holders are current or ex OFFICERS of Chalice. 
Chalice/ Golden Leaf changed 6 managements to get to the current disaster. Chalice is one of the top mismanaged companies where management has no money to pay for operations, no money to pay the iunterest on the old debt, yet borrown oney to buy other failing businesses.Never seen a company that made NO profit in over 10 Quarters. The financials suck. Their resident pumper her (PortlandBlazer) has been struggling to define the $ debt but the analysis shows it in excess of $25MM and the debt is due in 2022
I expect a hostile takeover and company going PRIVATE
