This company has tried every trick to justify its existence while wasting money left & right on useless acquisitions, 6 managements, 3 name changes the scam reverse split while borrowing to operate. I have a feeling that it was planned that way. Any company that dilutes investors continuously is lining the pockets of the original owners and top management especially when they hire manipulators whose job is to fool you and I and entice investors in the weorthless stock.
I feel bad for both of us plus thousands of others but numbers don't lie. This is heading to a ZERO because the financials are presented to investors with a lot of marker parameters missing. They report gross revenue, fine but where is net profit for example? It is - 22% in Q3.
Use your brain & realize like me: Time to move on into an honest and well operated company.
This stock has lost 75% of its value since May of 2021 and 99% of its value since startup.
