How cannacord makes money on glh...

Convertible arbitrage is a trading strategy that typically involves taking a long position (buy) in a convertible security and a short position (sell) in the underlying common stock. The goal of the convertible arbitrage strategy is to capitalize on pricing inefficiencies between the convertible and the stock.....so while they short it and drive the price down, the company continues to give the debt holders more and more shares, which they continue to sell to further drive the share price down, while increasing their short position in the company and making money on the way down as well as from dumping the hundreds of millions of shares that were gifted to them from management.

Jeff this is actually 1 of the only factual things you have ever posted. However your other statements on pumping the stock are dead wrong, something tells me you know this. Have a read on what a true pump and dump chart looks like. https://tradingsim.com/blog/pump-and-dump/ Now anyone who has expressed optimism since the stock has crashed, let's be honest all POT stocks were pumped ...more

I wish you would expose cannacord, but those arent your intentions. I do not, have not, would not ever work for a corrupt company like cannacord. Remember when orwell lied to everyone and accused me of working for golden leaf holdings too? And now i get accused of working for cannacord....its such a shame that noone here is actually searching for the truth.

You continue to bash and criticize the company? To what end? For what purpse? To continue to push them into demise? How can we not think this is your agenda? You attempt to stifle any good news and refuse to admit any positive change. You say you lost money here, maybe, and many others did too. We have said it to you a billion times, you seem to have no interest in making your money back.  ...more

Just give up Dave. He has no one to blame but himself. He didn't have to hold all the way down. He should go after the friend that told him to buy this and ride it all the way down. I gave up so you should as well.

you said you didnt own share, then claimed you did, then said you didnt once again. Its amazing you would spend over a year on a message board while claiming you dont own shares. So what is it do you or dont you own shares and why do you dedicate so much time here if you dont ..
