Many chinese companies that listed in north america hates americans and canadians. They have listed here to steal all your money. They forge their financial statements and decieve auditors. No day passes that a chinese company is delisted from nasdaq. Their ceos always steal company cash and sometimes sell the company assets. Most of them lists in north american markets using the Variable Entiry Structure whereby shareholders do not own the assets in China because PRC laws do not allow that. As such, your shares do not own any asset. WHen the scam is bursted, you cant claim ownership of the assets in china. You are warned. Better to invest your money in safer place like home here in Canada than in dungeon like China where CEOS are fruadsters.
