CHOOM ISSUES SHARES FOR SETTLEMENT OF DEBT

Choom Holdings Inc. has entered into a termination of employment agreement with an employee, whereby Choom has settled $102,083.33 of the severance payable through the issuance of 1,276,042 common shares at a deemed price of eight cents per common share.
