Major ROLLBACK is coming..........
Major ROLLBACK is coming..........This company will WANT to rollback the shares MOST definitely. The rollback will be 10 for 1 is definite but it could be even more. The question becomes is the mgt. going to do it without shareholder approval. If they go to the shareholders for approval there will have to be something on the table that mgt can use to convince existing shareholders to go along with the rollback(RSS). Now they(mgt.) can hope a rebound in the share price occurs first but it definitely does not lok like that is going to happen. The question becomes is do they have enough money going forward because if they try to finance further the financiers will laugh and tell them ROLLBACK FIRST.
