Choom Holdings Inc CHOOF

Choom Holdings Inc. is a Canada-based retail cannabis company, which is established as store networks in Canada. The Company’s Choom brand is inspired by Hawaii's Choom Gang, a group of buddies in Honolulu, who loved to smoke weed or, as the locals call it, Choom. The Choom Gang pursued a ‘live in the moment’ lifestyle and their energy has helped shape the Choom culture, which is rooted in the shared belief of cultivating time with friends. The Company is focused on delivering an elevated customer experience through its curated retail environments, offering a diversity of brands for Canadians across a national retail network. The Company operates through two segments: Retail Cannabis and Corporate Operations. The Company’s business strategy is to build retail cannabis chains, with locations across Canada in the provinces that allow for private retailers.

RE:RE:RE:RE:I hope that there will be The examples you suggest are not good comparables, as they all produce unique goods. All cannabis retailers have the exact same access to the exact same products, so have no way to differentiate themselves. If you want a parallel then think of grocery stores all selling the same chocolate bars, and the producers make the different chocolate bars - the retailers sell them.  ALL of the cannabis retailers are losing money - Fire & Flower just lost $19M in the last 3 months. There's a  price war going on, with retailers racing to the bottom to try to get customers from their competitors. Retailers are going out of business weekly, the mom and pops are selling to the big chains as they tank, and the big retailers still can't manage to make money. There will be many bankruptcies in the next six months on the retailer and producer side, then the industry will write size itself in the strong will have survived.
