I am surprized no one on here is talking about the 5 for 1 consolidation announced in their most recent financial statements.......... Subsequent to September 30, 2017, to better finance the Company, the Board of Directors approved and authorized a consolidation of the Company's issued and outstanding common shares on a five old shares for one new share (5:1) basis, consolidating its 33,477,704 currently outstanding shares to 6,695,540 shares; and

This consolidation is not accompanied by a financing or acquisition announcement so my experience with these types of consolidations is that CPV will be back down to .03 after the consolidation.
