I don't see any references to Adam Travis, but Newmont-Goldcorp already owns more than 10% of Colorado and can purchase up to 19.95% based on their participation in a PP back in 2017. So what I would love to see over the next few weeks is an investment by Newmont-Goldcorp in the Castle exploration plan for 2019 since they just spent substantial money to drill less than 4000 meters away at Saddle. Kinascan-Castle is on trend with both Saddle North and South. Newmont-Goldcorp will own nearly 10% of GT Gold, possibly going to 14.95% if they exercise the options. So their ownership level in GT and Colorado will be about the same.
I would bet that Buckingham and Colorado need to get this deal done in the 30 day exclusivity period to make drilling possible this year at Castle.
