Mmmm, would like to know the details but I guess we'l never know. How long will Adam  remain a significant shareholder ??

COLORADO ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT WITH FORMER CEO

Colorado Resources Ltd. has resolved all outstanding matters that were in dispute with Adam Travis, the company's former chief executive officer, and his company, and has entered into a settlement agreement with respect to the final settlement of all matters. The company wishes Mr. Travis, who remains a significant shareholder of Colorado Resources, all the best in his future endeavours.
