Madsen Sale ? Future?

Madsen Sale ? Future? Its official Madsen is sold and it appears the company will receive about $6 mil in Cash and $2.5 mil cash or shares or both, most likely shares, is my guess in this MKT.

There were a few larger companies watching Madsen but, CRJ, had to prove the Gold was there for the Bigger Companies to come in.

CRJ like many other Resource if not all need Cash and Madsen provided the opportunity its too bad CRJ did not sell Madsen in a Better MKT a few years ago, would have got a lot more $$$$.

I can't object to the sale they did what they had to do for CASH and Focus, they needed $$$$ to develop Madsen and the Cash was not there.

Its a tough call. CRJ needs to move on and invest there Cash  wisely and move forward on their existing operations, perhaps cutt expenses some more.
