I remain optimistic that this will not be the fate of Claude. Claude in 2014 will need to start making loan payments. For this reason alone, I don't think they can afford to close down operations at Seabee. When Madsen sells, they should have enough cash to sustain their operations.

Look for the fat cats (Officers) and leeches (Directors) to jump this sinking ship to avoid any personal liabilities next. It won't happen until after XMAS as they will be paying out more bonuses in cash and stock to themselves. Only the dumbest of the dumb and loyal of loyal suppliers will not demand cash before delivering supplies this winter. No cash, no diesel, no gas, no propane. RIP CRJ  ...more

You do know that they have sufficient access to cash to cover this expenditure? Evidently, you didn't do "due diligence" before making your remark.

This is old news, perhaps by 2 or 3 months old...Claude is a much different animal. If the price of gold was free to float on it's own merit all gold miners would easily surpass there all time highs...One really has to wonder why Germany is unable to reclaim some of its bullion that it placed in trust and storage with the U.S...What would the response be if the shoe was on the other foot?
