RE: I'm O.K. with a J.V.One of the problems with the banks is that they are incompetent when it comes to lending money. This is what I think is the crux of the problem. They didn't check people properly and just handed out money for houses and goods. And now the banks are reluctant to lend money. They need to do proper credit checks and clean up the high paid executives that are hoarding in large sums of money at the expense for the debtor.
1. Clean up the creditors incompetence and greed.
2. Do a proper credit check on the debtor.
