A merger, say with Athabaska, would retain only the most senior executives of CLL.
This is all part of a plan for a major move in February and a merger seems to be the obvious choice.
It allows shareholders to participate in the future upside of the Great Divide while providing some substantial upside in CLL's share price and allowing Gusella to keep his controlling position.
Gusella has an arrangement with his " friends " make no doubt about it.
