The market cap is 450 million just above the cost to build Algar and not including POD1. If there is a buyout it better be for a lot more then $1.50 per share. The cost of both Algar and POD1 was about 800 million therefore at $1.50 that is less than the cost to build both. Even with an 888 million debt the oil in the ground is worth a lot more. I still maintain we need, at minimum, 3.00 per share plus debt.
