I believe last year they  had a target of a $ 1.42    so they still think there is a UPSIDE POTENTIAL, wich I do believe, when all the PUZZELS fall in place ie. Middle east, Can. Gov. aprov. Pipeline etc. The Oilsands in general need a shot of positive NEWS they all are beaten up.
