Who ever said the Tarsands of Fort Mac could be developed with a Low Oil Price.  Connacher sits on huge amounts of 'Tar', which They turn into Dilbit, a sales product classified as Oil.  You want some Light , sweet Brent , go make the Arabs richer in Lybia!
