I have received 25 plus emails on the biased W-5 presentation last Sunday
To have to pick one to send to my entire email list was difficult,but I chose this one from
Wally Dove.For those that choose to read it should be apparent that this professional man,
a former employee of Revenue Canada and colleague of Don Chen the father of Wie Chen
was chosen.Ms.Chen is the C.T.V. reporter who so villainously attacked those of us who
have proven that the Canadian Parliament is corrupt to the core.It is interesting that Mondays
National Post headlines read "69% SAY GOVERNMENT CORRUPT" yesterdays National
Post "LIBERAL CONFLICT ROW SPREADS" the article then goes on to point out even more
corruption!! When one rewatches the program the Winnipeg judges bias is evident and one
wonders how one could ever get a fair and impartial hearing in front of these kind of
government paid lackeys.It is such a pity that Jeff Silverstein and the C.T.V. chose to further try
and justify slavery in Canada.Why didn't they tell the audience about the high suicide rate
perpetuated by CCRA along with the voluminous bankruptcies,broken homes etc. caused by
CCRA's criminal activities.Enough said,please read what Wally has to say.

Hello,
I am writing in response to your April 21st, 2002 W-5 segment regarding the so-called DeTax movement, that some would refer to as exercising of ones fundamental civil rights.
My name is Wallace Maxwell Raymond: Dove. I often use the Trade Name of Wally Dove. I am a Certified General Accountant operating an accounting practice in Ontario as I have done for a total of approximately sixteen years.
Over the past two decades, I have also worked with Revenue Canada, currently Canada Customs and Revenue Agency ("CCRA"), and its provincial counterpart, for a total of thirteen years.
During my thirteen years with the tax department, I had the pleasure of working with Don Chen, Whey Chen's father, while he was Chief of Special Investigations. I must say, during all of my career with Revenue Canada, the period of time I spent working for Don Chen, was certainly the most delightful. He is a wonderful man and I respect him greatly.
Sadly, Wei Chen, inherited absolutely none of her father's honour and morality. If she had, she would have absolutely refused to be part of what I would classify as the most biased piece of government propaganda that I have ever had the misfortune to watch in my entire life. At least none other comes to mind at this moment.
I have to thank you however, for airing such an obviously biased program, because I firmly believe that Canadians are simply much more intelligent, by and large, than you must be giving them credit for. There is no way that the majority of Canadians will fall for this propaganda. It is more than likely, therefore, that there will be increased attendance at "truth" seminars across the country, following the airing of this program on DeTaxers.
As an accountant, and former tax auditor, I can assure you that the truth is, the government of Canada has been lying to the people since, at least, 1913. This is the year that the government introduce the Bank Act, unlawfully giving the Chartered Banks the power to create Canada's money supply (a non-transferable power granted exclusively to it by the Constitution Act, then the British North America Act), out of nothing and then loaning it to the government and individual Canadians, at Interest.
Because the banks now owned all of Canada's money supply, and the government had to borrow its money from the Chartered Banks, the government had to somehow find a way of extracting the money from the people (the economy) in order to return it to the banks.
Therefore, they had to introduce an Income Tax Act, a "direct tax". But the authority to levy this type of tax, belonged exclusively to the provinces according to subsection 92(2) of the Constitution Act and was therefore, ultra vires the powers of Parliament.
Remember now, the purpose of this tax was simply to retrieve the Banks' money and return it to them. The rationale is that he who creates the money, owns it. The Banks create it, therefore, they own it and it must be returned to them, along with everything that was created, or purchased, while we were using it.
In other words, we get paid for our wealth creating activities (work/labour) with these worthless pieces of paper commonly referred to as money, debt currency, or legal tender. All it really is though, is money created out of nothing in order to steal everything that we produce, including everything that YOU produce or buy with it as well.
If you think this is not so, and you think you own your home, well, think again.
The title to all Real Estate in Canada rests with the province. All titles are called abstracts and are listed with the Land Titles Office or Land Registry Office, depending on what year they were registered. These offices may already be combined by now, but you get the picture, I hope. If you don't, just try not paying your "rent", sometimes referred to as property tax, and see how long it takes them to seize their property and start renting it to someone else.
Then there is the automobile that you drive. The Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin ("MCO"), the title, you guessed it, is registered with the province and you get a "permit" to use it.
I hope you are starting to get the picture, because I simply cannot go much further with this, or I will have produced a novel.
Now, back to the Income Tax Act. Almost everyone in Canada knows that it was a temporary measure, designed, as the government said, for the sole purpose of liquidating the cost of World War l. How typical. Another lie and another government statute that simply never disappeared when it was suppose to. Do you think it was ever suppose to? If you do, then I have some ocean front property for sale in Arizona.
I will not belabor these issues, I will simply sum this up by saying that although I watched your last program in order to see for myself how much of a biased pile of dung the program would be, I will never watch another. I had learned some time ago that in order to find the truth, I could watch television, and find the truth 180 degrees from what I was seeing on television. So, it was not hard to find the truth, simply know that everything reported by the main stream media was a lie and exactly opposite the truth.
I will tell you this, I have a long history in finance in this country. I have audited with Revenue Canada, Collected with them, and worked in Special Investigations. I have studied taxation and the monetary system for 30 years. I have audited banks and I have operated an accounting practice. This is what I have learned;
1. The federal Income Tax Act is unlawful (no Constitutional support. In fact, prohibited by the Constitution Act).
2. The federal Income Tax Act was introduced to remove the banks' money from circulation and for no other purpose.
3. The banks create our money supply out of nothing, except our signatures, and then loan it to us at interest. This was admitted by Graham Towers in 1939, the then Governor of the Bank of Canada.
4. Since the banks never create the interest, the minute they stop creating money, which they can do at any time, we loose everything we have.all of us. If they do not stop creating money altogether, but reduce it to a trickle, then we simply have a depression when most of us loose everything.
5. The people of this country posses this country (our Creator owns all things) and all its resources. The government, as our trustee, holds and manages our resources for us. They have been extracting resources from this country for about 150 years now. Where is my money? Where is your money?
6. The government should not be taking anything from us, they should be giving us our share of the natural resources extracted from our country, each and every year.
Do you see the scam now?
Are you ready to learn and tell the truth about taxes, money and the government?
Or are you going to continue to prostitute yourself as government pawns in its unlawful and tyrannical eradication of our wealth and freedoms.
