Let's do some hypothetical math 
approx 2 mill eq oz pt+pd+gold+silver+copper + nickel 
x .035% of 1.2mill oz pt/pd = 42000 x avg 1250 = approx 52 mill 
just in pt/pd royalties indicated resources
again correct me if I am wrong and do your DD
