I would make a plea to a 5% shareholder to call an AGM meeting on Friday 03, March, 2019 and for the Company to deliver financials on the previous schedule of 10 Febrauary, 2019. Agreed, hopefully a large shareholder takes a peek at this board and rallys with the smaller investors to stand against this. We need someone to call a AGM... What they are doing is wrong and idk how it is legal ...more
