RE: News Release - Thoughts?

RE: News Release - Thoughts? My thoughts are, despite being tempted when it turned back a small bit, I'm glad I didn't sell a single share on this runup. It was tempting after holding for several years without such action. I've been a shareholder of several companies doing financings (who doesn't), and this is the first one I've seen do a financing after such a recent strong run up, at a price that is currently above market. I'm certain it's happened, but not with my investments. Typically I see financings done after the price has suffered a little, I suspect in preparation for, or in reaction to, a known financing, AND is still below market AND includes bonus warrants. I see no warrants mentioned (could still be I guess) for the flow through participants. Jenning's receives warrants for 7% of the shares sold, but I don't see anything mentioned for the participants. Again, this is not typical, and I take as a definite positive. Go CME!
