RE:CKE's New Deal: 8 Times the NPV-10 (!) and ImplicationsSo if they sold 15 sections for $500,000 a piece.....what's the rest of their land worth? Kind of makes the deal LXE struck with tourmaline (sold 3 sections for $80 million) look pretty effing good.
another problem with this deal (retaining a portion of all sections) is that it makes the company a lot less appealing for a would be acquirer.
