RE:One problem

RE:One problemWhat pressure do you expect at 1,400 meters?

I remember Lodgepole quite well. It was drilled to a depth of
10,000 feet or 3048 meters It was over pressure and blew out
spewed H2S and fire, but it was a lot, lot deeper.

These CKE wells are under normal pressures for their depth.
Payout is expected to be less than 2 years.

All 4 were successful. Each one helps to increase the comfort level
of the regional play. Each well drilled helps to lower the operating costs.

CKE is targeting $8.00 or lower for operating costs. It will be about
8-9 weeks before all wells are fully on stream and the 25 mcf/d compressor comes on line.

By year end production will look pretty good.

Check out the other wells decline rates. They are doing just fine.
