RE:RE:RE:RE:What would a realistic buyout price be?Not insulting the company here Cbalardo but the land has not doubled. You are just making an assumption and have no proof land values have doubled. They have increased I'm sure and are worth more because of the announcement but let's not get carried away here. Would be nice if it didn't but be realistic. If this was bought out tomorrow do you think someone would pay a premium? Doubtful. I hope for your sake they do, would be great but that won't happen. Whoever buys this will buy it for a bargain.
