RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:We're being held down on purposeFirstly, how do you know if I've sold shares or not?
Take a look at TER, it essentially has the same Market Cap as TRST yet is no where near profitable. Why do you think that is? Because it's making the moves the market wants to see.
I Don't know how long you've been investing, but let me tell you a little story.
Back a few year ago, after the financial crisis, company's were cutting costs to stay profitable and make their EPS. Wall st didn't care about these company's making their "cost cutted eps" they wanted to see companys increase revenues. The companys that increased revenues, even at the expense of profitability were give higher multiples...because the market looks forward.
TRST is already focused on cost cutting, not growth!!
Selling seeds, getting out of the grow business, having others grow their crops for them. This is what mature businesses do after they've expanded and taken as much of the pie as they can.
TRST is essentially telling investors, we're going to be profitable, we'll increase our revenue, but we're not going to provide you with any upside risk potential. i.e. the beta on our stock should be more like IBM vs Red Hat. Hence the reason IBM bought Red Hat.
But TRST mgmt has not shown the inclination to do a deal of any size. They make very small moves that may pay off in the years to come. In a few years, the others who've taken risks, may have already eaten your pie.
Case and point...The US listing and their excuse of "we don't need more money so we won't list" that's inexcusable to a shareholder.
We still need new management.
and I'm hoping we get an activist investor that'll shake things up.
