If all is on schedule including the new build out and they are executing properly, and they are currently growing close to 50k kgs/yr and their plans to up list will happen.  Then CannTrust will be fine.  This is of course IMO.  Also an uplist may not be that effective until earnings.

We are in the middle of tax selling also.

I wonder if this has something to do with all the red today, regarding the farm bill;
 The DEA, which controls the scheduling of substances, has not said how it will respond to the new bill. As it stands, so long as a CBD product is "intended for human consumption," it remains a Schedule 1 drug, DEA spokesperson Katherine Pfaff told Business Insider on Tuesday. She said she couldn't comment on how the bill might affect the DEA's approach.
