From the Conf Call ...Hello Outthere, below is a link to the CannTrust Nov 14 conferance call. At the 19:41 mark a question is asked regarding capacity & more. So this is recent & what was exactly said. I did hear 50k capacity when part 2 was complete. That is complete I believe. Then the big expantion in Fall of 2019. This is where he thru in "depending upon" comments. But otherwise no mention of delay.
