So you are going to try and get a class action organized... By the same guys who "contacted you about Aphria"... there goes your credibility. I'm sure no one called you about Aphria, unless they wanted a deposit to a Nigerian bank first. Come on man, a build out delay because of Gov red tape and you want to get regulators involved and accusing a CEO of lying? That's a huge over reaction.
