Good news is they had some constructive conversation with the Mayor on Friday.Seems to me like the light pollution is the main issue. This can be remedied. Do it on the current facility and promise to do it on the other one as well. Perhaps comeplete the first retrofit and prove that it works, then design into the next phase of expansion.
I appreciate the quotes about farming smells and other agricultural smells. Pulp and paper comes to mind too.
