Here's his bio: https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/people/person.asp?personId=45315448&privcapId=7961163 He was only at greenspace brands since June 2018, I'm guessing they offered him a ton of shares to try and save it after it was already in free fall. Interestingly enough, he also worked for Valeant but only stayed on for a year, hopefully that's because he was smart enough to realize it was a scam. The man might be a good balance to Aceto because all Aceto has witnessed is success while Guyatt sure has witnessed many failures. At first glance it looks like a bad pick but the more you think about this it makes sense.
