RE:1Q Revenue To Be ~ $17M - Below Analysts Projections Again!!Only1LP

I understand your viewpoint and agree with your conclusion. Obviously something is wrong. I will give my perspective:
  1. I am somewhat concerned with the partnership they have with Apotex.  I am seeing little or no headway regarding the promised slow releases CBD and THC tablets/capsules.  Truly it appears as if nothing is being done on this front. I am not speaking about the medical trials but rather CannTrust relationship with Apotex.
  2. I am shocked that they needed money so desperately that they had to go the route of a Private Placement Offering.  The real problem is the discounted price that they were apparently forced to accept.  Something seems to be wrong on the financial front. Did you notice that Apotex did not attempt to become a partner?  But, but if Apotex (or their directors) are part of the PP Offering I will have to call foul on that.  However I feel certain that Apotex is NOT involved. Then that means there are NO partners on the horizon for CannTrust.
  3. Speaking about recreational cannabis.  I don't think that TRST is interested nor capable on this front.  Hence the very very very low Private Placement Offering price (around 7.425$ CAN).  Their prices are too high.
  4. The medical registration staff, in my opinion, are inept.  Let me explain.  I got a Cannabis Prescription from my medical doctor.  Sent it to CannTrust and nothing happened over a 10 day period.  Called the office and was given a bullish!t explanation by one of their representatives.  I emailed a manager and contacted but given just about the same bullish!t.  I then told them that I will go to the OCS  and order from them.  The manager practically begged me to use their services.  I went to the OCS.  Guess what?  The prices there are much cheaper.  The Aphria Oils are good.  Freedman has a 30mg per ml.  Very good and inexpensive stuff.
Further, these low PP Offering prices are an insult for long term investors.
