CannTrust's response/appeal to HC

CannTrust's response/appeal to HCDoes anyone know why this company hasn't appealed or at least communicated its response to HC? They were given 10 days to appeal on Sept 17th. Given all the work they had done you would think they addressed most of HC's concerns. Would appreciate any insight.
