yes--but not for a while. They now have inventory to sell and their first crop should be ready to package very soon. IMO they are best to get the sales going for 6 months before filling finacials and being able to list on TXS again. Again IMO they wait until next June/July to file and then once they hit the TSX it jumps to $2-4 a share depending on if they get their previous sales back up to where they were before. Rememeber this is one of a very few Companies that are basically debt free. All their properties are paid for and the equipment. So only real costs are staff and basics (heat/hydro/property taxes)
They do have that "potential" lawsuit over thier heads but I do not see a judge touching that for 2-5 years as you cannot pay out a claim on a "potential" loss of income, just like a judge would not expect people who MADE money selling the stocks to have to pay back thier PROFIT because of the same information. The only people (again IMO) that might have a claim are those that bought from the Company (I think it was May 2019 they put out additional shares) as the Company makes no profit from me or you selling shares we bought to someone else. This will be a 2-5 year venture to get your returns
