Placing claim online
Placing claim online I got my papers from my community box tonight. Bulk mail, so no post mark. A lot of rambling, but bottom line is that you can submit claim via online form:
Canntrust class action suit online form submission
This is for the 'US' class action suit, and all purchasers of common stock between June 1, 2018 and March 31, 2020, inclusive, are eligible.
There is a clause (pg 5 #15) that leads me to believe I, as a Canadian, am equally eligible to submit with the class action.
You must provide proof of purchase by way of transaction confirmation and a statement showing ownership as of March 2020.
Do not consider me anything more than a newb who can read and who is trying to get something for this worthless paper. I sure as hell am not a lawyer nor is any of this anything more than data from the papers I got as a potential member of the class action.
