| Colossus Remains Well on its Way to Production While we recognize CSI has encountered issues with rock stability and temporary delays in the past, we believe the company is well-on track for their Q1/13 commercial production start. With infrastructure in place and construction of the gravity plant to begin shortly, we envisage Serra Pelada producing ~100k oz of attributable gold in 2013 along with some platinum and palladium. By 2014, we expect the addition of a floatation circuit will boost recoveries of both gold and PGM metals, which in turn would support production of ~135k oz of attributable gold and 50k and 60k oz of platinum and palladium, respectively. |
