Bond Holder VoteWhat happens if on Jan 14, bond holders agree to defer interest until June 2016? That would give management some breathing room to negotiate some kind of financing or a more reasonabe deal for the shareholders. If bond holders refuse, someone must step up with a better offer or it goes to bankruptcy. If the offer is 2 cents for shareholders, I'd vote no. Don't know what I'd go for. Maybe current shareholders retain 15 percent of total shares after dilution with the hope there's 2 million ounces that can be mined in two or three years for a decent return. Don't have any idea what the majority of shareholders would agree to at this point.
