RE:RE:Sandstorm Has The Money

RE:RE:Sandstorm Has The MoneyWe got screwed, it's over, time to move on.

If the courts rule for Coomingasp who will come in and start operations?  The Coomingasp?  The Brazilian Government?  No chance of that.  Neither has the money.  The Coomingasp got 25 percent at no risk.  How much money did they put in prior to bankruptcy?  Not a dime.  How much money will they put in to re-start the mine?  Not a dime.

The 25 percent ownership share the coomingasp currently has is dead weight.  It makes it more difficult to obtain financing.  If the courts rule in favor of the Coomingasp, the mine is dead and the Coomingasp lose everything other than selling the plant equipment for pennies on the dollar.  It would also make other companies think twice about investing in Brazil.  It a no-brainer for the courts.  They will rule against Coomingasp.
