Dykes stuck the chinese with a 3 million bad debt before, the new board will do the same. Use the china for the drilling program, get the halt lifted. Sell it to them wholly. The war will take care of the ownership issue.

Who is floating the money to pay for the PEA? How are they going to pay for the New drilling program?  the new PR program, this is a new copper resource, get in while you can!
