My guess for continued operation

An 8 to 1 reverse stock split after an agreement with creditors . 160 mil shares to 20 mil shares. At a  current share price of 5 cents x .8  should give the company a share price of .40 so ...more

Anyone know if Manherz has an interest in taking control? As I recall he bought a good chunk at 4 cents in 2012 but never seemed interested in expanding it.
