The good thing is their on the Federal Government's and Provincial Governments list for handouts.It's a political measure these Governments will do to look as if they are saving the planet.As long as they get more cash and keep moving this along as painfully slow as it is I guess we just have to bite our lip until they hire some real industrialists that know how to get things done.Until then we are a cottage mom and pop type business.
