Complicated problem and decision for Saskpower

Complicated problem and decision for SaskpowerThey have to bring down emissions,  switching to gas would be 16% of the cost of relying on Ccs but would also cost a lot of jobs. Retrofitting with  Ccs will cost $17Bil. Wonder how soon CST will be ready to scale up....  They need to retrofit by 2020 if they go that route or shut the plants down  (looking grim for Ccs based on this.. Can they realistically build the rest in 2 years?)
