RE:WE NEED NEWSWell, this isn't the news we wanted but Boundary Dam is finished from a Carbon Capture perspective... No expansion for BD4 and 5 planned. There's just no appetite for this technology right now. 2018 and 2019 are key years for VCQ in my view. CST's best chance of success is capitalizing on growing local interest in Quebec.
